This Privacy Policy describes how AXPIR Tech India LLP ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Pipezy (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organisation, role.
• Customer data you upload: leads, contacts, notes, activities, business cards.
• Usage data: log files, device info, IP address, browser type, pages visited.
• Cookies: required for authentication and preferences.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, important notices).
• To respond to support requests sent to hi@Pipezy.app.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with sub-processors required to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual confidentiality.

4. Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel. We follow industry-standard security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from in-app Settings or by writing to hi@Pipezy.app.

7. Children

Pipezy is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
